The collection of computer evidence in employee investigations - how to get it right

Andrew will discuss the requirements to conduct lawful computer surveillance under the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 (NSW). He will be providing practical examples where computer evidence has been critical and cases where strategic advantage can be gained from computer evidence obtained under an Anton Piller order.

Nick will talk about some of the techniques available to computer forensic experts and will cover case studies based on real life cases conducted by Deloitte.
