Copyright reform 2006 - some impacts on new technologies

This seminar will examine the impact of the Government's upcoming copyright reforms on technology users. Topics covered will include format shifting, time shifting, caching and the protection and circumvention of technological protection measures

Special Counsel, Copyright and Communications, Minter Ellison

Carolyn previously worked in the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, where she played a key role in developing the Digital Agenda legislation
