Modern technology has enabled courts and tribunals to transform existing processes, and introduce new services. It has also impacted on the way courts communicate information about their work and their role, particularly their relationships with the media and the general public. This conference will examine some of the issues and challenges posed by these developments. It will provide an opportunity for delegates to consider the latest thinking and research --including perspectives from Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
