Seminar Outline:
Luis will examine a number of issues relating to taxation and the Internet. Specifically, Luis will address issues such as jurisdiction to tax e-commerce transactions, source of income in the Internet context and collection of taxation. Luis will also briefly consider some problems that the Internet presents in the GST and stamp duty areas.
